5. Prizes. The one (1) winner will receive one (1) $200 Gift Card, one (1) box of
gourmet chocolates, one (1) dozen roses and two (2) cases of Gold Fire logs.
Restrictions apply. If the winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of
residence, Prize will not be awarded and another entrant will be chosen at
random from among all remaining eligible entries. Winner will be solely
responsible for all applicable taxes on Prize. Prize is non-transferable. No
assignments, substitutions or cash redemptions, except by Sponsor who
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the case of
unavailability of any Prize or component thereof due to circumstances beyond
